On placing an order with Harvest View Brownies/Graze@322 you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Harvest View Brownies. Throughout the site, the terms "I", “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Harvest View Brownies.

Please contact us regarding placing an order. Our website is for information only and you cannot place an order through here.

We aim to bake the brownies within 4 days of you placing an order, please note this is not guaranteed. If you require brownies in a hurry, please contact us and we can give you a realistic timescale. 

Once payment has been made, only then will the brownies be baked and dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Refunds are not permitted if costs have been incurred by us.

Occasionally we may be unable to source an ingredient or flavour. Should you have made an oder which we cannot fulfil, Harvest View Brownies will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

If you have opted for the brownies to be posted, they will be sent via Royal Mail using the First Class Signed For service. We will ensure you receive a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any packages that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit, though we will do our best to help you claim against the carrier. 

The brownies will be packaged in a safe and secure manner

All images on here are for display purposes only, your brownies may be different to that shown. All images used belong to us, and we kindly ask that you do not use or copy the images without permission.

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to the contents of the website. This includes images, flavours, descriptions, prices and shipping charges/services

Allergens & Intolerances;

Please notify us of any allergy/intolerance during the order process. It is YOUR responsibility to advise us.


However, if you have a severe allergy to the below allergens, then our products cannot be consumed and we will not accept your order. Your health and wellbeing is our priority - not a sale.

Harvest View Brownies are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the ordering process.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with Harvest View Brownies, the information received is your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is collected so we can fulfil your order. If you are purchasing as a gift and wish for us to send directly to the recipient, then their information is also received to us. The information is never passed on to third parties nor used for marketing. We will only contact you if there are any questions or queries relating to your order. RETURNS POLICY

Perishable goods purchased cannot be returned, however, in the unlikely event you are not happy with the brownies please do get in touch with us immediately, so we can endeavour to put things right.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless our customers explicitly ask us not to use images that we have taken of their order, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.

IMAGES

Images that we publish on our website and across our social media pages belong to Harvest View Brownies (unless otherwise advised) 

We own the copyright to these images and therefore we kindly request you do not use them without our permission. We are happy for you to use our images providing you credit us.
