322 London Road, PO7 7DU
Will you mail brownies to me?
We no longer offer a standard brownie postal service on our website. However, if you would like us to still send a box please get in touch and we can let you know our availability.
How much is postage?
A single box is sent first class signed for via Royal Mail and is £6.50 - we do not use any other service and will not send second class due to the perishable nature of the products.
Our turnaround time for all bakes is around 4 days from ordering, but it does depend on our workload.
How long do they keep for?
They will keep for approx. 10 days after you've received them (but I doubt they'll last that long if your family is like mine)! Please ensure you store them in an airtight container, and this will then ensure their freshness, you can pop them in the fridge too. They can also be frozen for a few months. To defrost, just leave them at room temperature for an hour. They are also extremely delicious if warmed through in the oven .... served with ice-cream or custard or both!
Can I give as a gift?
If you're feeling generous and want to gift a box of brownies rather than eat them yourselves, we can pop a handwritten card inside the box for you
Food allergens and Intolerances (brownies & bakes)
If you have any questions or concerns regarding any ingredients or allergens, please do get in contact with us prior to making your order. We take your health and welfare very seriously.
All bakes are made in a kitchen where WHEAT, BARLEY, GLUTEN, MILK, DAIRY, EGG, SOYA, SULPHUR DIOXIDE/SULPHITES and NUTS (all varieties) are used, stored and handled on a daily basis and although we make every effort to ensure there is no cross contamination, we CANNOT
guarantee there are no traces of these allergens in any of the products, so therefore they are not suitable for people with allergies or intolerances.
The gluten free products do meet the less than 20ppm 20mg/kg legal level.
An allergen information card is delivered with every order, as well as information on when the brownies were baked and when they should be consumed by. If you require a full list of ingredients, please do ask and these will be provided.
